MISSION STATEMENT It is the intent of TRHV to establish a fully functional microcosm within the confines of the remaining freedoms in the United States of America. To create and expand upon a structure that will provide a sustainable, renewable, redundant, self-reliant, motivated, happy, educated and secure lifestyle. To lead by nonviolent nondestructive actions and selfless cooperation in the hopes that our example will display to others that they don't need to be dependent on the established social, governmental and economic systems to be able to lead fulfilling lives. We recognize the world is a fragile place that so happens to be our only home at this time. That everything around us tends to be erratic and potentially volatile. Change is a forever occurring event and predictability not always possible. It is our goal to make a change for the better before change of another kind becomes forced upon us. TRHV is a small scale voluntary experiment for like-minded individuals who believe that the needed change in our world must come from those that are disassociated with current social, governmental and economic leadership. For those that recognize this experiment as an acceptable and viable solution. The ways we see to promote stability and peace, to the best of our abilities, are to revert back to an agrarian, village and rural community lifestyle. To work on a scale that isn't so large that the systems in place to maintain continuity inevitably expand beyond their capacity and limitations. To not reach a point where obligations and priorities, most of which are unnecessary, to negate our human nature. To recognize that ego and selfishness leads one to care only for themselves and for those that directly affects them. To live a life not bound by inapplicable and irrational restrictions that are not within our capacity to change. To participate in a promising ideological experiment that has tangible meaning and the possibility to grow to provide indefinite happiness, companionship, sustainability, security, self-reliance and contentment. To experience true freedom the way it was meant to be. Without idolatry, superficial materialism and with unalienable rights derived from birth. In the beginning, the Founders conceptions will build the structure. When the Founders are no longer a part of TRHV, the foundation will have been built for future generations to continue on their own path. Hopefully things will not become overly complicated and politically correct, thus representing a potential repeat of events that birthed TRHV concept. CHARTER 1. The primary goal of TRHV is to become an independent self-sufficient family. A community of selfless cooperation focusing on; being redundantly sustainable and preservation against natural or anthropogenic disasters. 2. TRHV seriously supports freedom and will express little to no tolerance of anything contradictory. 3. The history of every Mission Statement, Charter and Bylaws are to be indefinitely and redundantly archived prior to any alteration. 4. Regardless of any potential rhetoric, TRHV does not consider itself to be a cult, commune, extremist element, secret society or fringe esoteric organization. 5. All Territories of TRHV are bound by the same Mission Statement, Charter and Bylaws. 6. Organized religion is an inhibitor and control mechanism by its very nature, thus it is prohibited and TRHV to be secular. 7. Edicts one through seven cannot be altered by anyone under any circumstance. 8. Race, spirituality, gender, social status and political views are of no consequence. 9. Alterations to the Mission Statement, Charter or Bylaws can only be concluded by vote of 85% approval from ALL Members or by vote of 100% approval from ALL Founders. 10. Membership is open to anyone, providing the patron seeking Membership attends at least one Public Meeting, submits their application and intends to become a full time resident of TRHV land(s). Membership may be declined if applicant cannot provide necessary practicality support to TRHV. 11. Membership applications, which contain personal information, are to remain confidential, privileged only to Council Members, with reasonable enquiry, by vote of 85% approval from ALL Council Members or by vote of 100% approval from ALL Founders. 12. One public meeting must occur per month. 13. Visitors must first be suggested to Council Members during a Meeting. Visitors will be welcome if accepted by vote of 75% approval from Council Members or by vote of 100% approval from ALL Founders. All Visitors are required to sign a Non-Disclosure Confidentiality Agreement. 14. The location of land(s) associated with TRHV, including land(s) belonging to Honorary Members, is/are to remain undisclosed except to the immediate family of a Member. 15. You kill it you eat it - with the exception of vermin or defense. 16. In the event of a major outside societal, governmental or economic collapse/failure/mayhem or national scale, natural or anthropogenic catastrophe, an Internal State of Emergency is to be declared by 100% approval from ALL Founders. Internal State of Emergency documents are restricted to full Members for reasons of operational security.
