The Rabbit’s Hole Village
(Colorado Common Law Trust Fund – December 20th, 2011)

Terms:
(This is a legally binding contract to all parties; Fiduciaries (Trustees), Beneficiary and Grantors)

1.	A Member is identified by a Member List co-signed by Founders;
2.	Initially, a Grantor must deposit a minimum of $500 USD if they are Member to The Rabbit’s Hole Village. Founders are not restricted to minimum or maximum deposits.
a.	A copy of deposit must be issued to Grantor by Beneficiary within 45 days from deposit.
b.	If Grantor wishes to remain anonymous, their contribution cannot be refunded nor can a copy of deposit be delivered.
c.	If Grantor is not Member to The Rabbit’s Hole Village, there is no minimum USD amount required to deposit to the trust fund.
d.	If Grantor has already deposited their minimum, they may supplement their deposit at any time following, without a minimum USD amount requirement.
e.	If Grantor wishes to withdraw any of their contribution;
1.	Grantor must express their intent to do so in writing to the Beneficiary beforehand.
2.	Grantor must provide proof of identification to Beneficiary. (Copy of state issued photo ID.)
3.	Grantor must provide proof of contribution Beneficiary. (Original copy of deposit slip(s).)
4.	Grantor must either leave a remaining $500 USD minimum contribution or withdraw their entire contribution.
5.	Grantor CANNOT withdraw an amount greater than their total contribution.
6.	Grantor will be responsible for all banking fees and shipping & handling costs associated with the event of having their money returned to them.

3.	Before the Beneficiary can withdraw any amount greater then their contribution to the fund, the following criteria must be reached:
a.	The total fund amount must be a minimum of $10,000 USD or the calendar date must be April 15th, 2012 or later.
b.	If the total fund amount is not greater then $5,000 USD by August 31st, 2013, all Grantors will be refunded 98% of their total contribution amounts before October 30th, 2013. The remaining 2% will be retained by the Beneficiary to cover banking fees, shipping & handling fees and/or legal costs. At this time the fund will be terminated.
c.	Member contributions to the fund will count towards their “buy-in” Membership fee as designated by the Charter.
d.	If the Beneficiary is to withdraw any amount greater then their contribution, Beneficiary must withdraw all funds.
e.	Once withdraw of all funds by the Beneficiary occurs, the fund will be terminated.

4.	A Grantor that becomes a Member after contribution to the fund, who is not anonymous, must contribute a total of $500 USD to the fund before status of Member is considered valid.
5.	Funds withdrawn from the fund must only be used for the purchase of land or infrastructure for The Rabbit’s Hole Village, as designated by the Mission Statement.
6.	Records of all deposits by Grantors must be retained during and 6 months following dissolution of this trust.
7.	In the event that the Beneficiary should become deceased or debilitated beyond the ability to adequately (physically or mentally) carry out the terms of this trust fund, the duties and legal contract of this fund are delegated to the Successor Trustee (If one exists). The Successor Trustee becomes the Beneficiary of this Trust.
8.	Once this trust contract is filed with the financial institution that retains the trust fund, this trust contract cannot be modified without 45 days prior written notification to all Grantors.
9.	Dissolution of this trust can only be executed by the Beneficiary.
a.	If dissolution occurs (by any other terms than those set forth in section 3), 100% of all contributions (excluding banking fees and shipping & handling fees) by Grantors are to be refunded to appropriate parties.
